Eva joined Abramson, Brown & Dugan in 2008 after twenty years as a medical malpractice plaintiff's attorney in Philadelphia.  Since the foundation of the firm, Eva has represented the interests of numerous victims and families of victims of medical malpractice related to a number of medical fields.

Eva attended the Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Nursing and received her Ph.D. in 1969.  While attending nursing school, she worked in the evenings in the paralysis department at the Veterans Hospital in East Orange, New Jersey, helping seriously wounded servicemen returning from the war.  After graduating from nursing school, Eva spent the next ten years working as a nurse and eventually as a nursing supervisor and assistant administrator at a private medical facility caring for three hundred children with deep brain damage.  She returned to continue her education at Temple University, graduating with honors with a bachelor's degree and went on to earn a juris doctor from Temple Law School.  After moving to New Hampshire, Eva volunteered for six years on the board of directors of Voices Against Violence. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Justice Association.  In 2017, Eva was selected by US News & World Report as the “Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year" under the Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Act.
