After four years as a federal prosecutor in complex criminal cases, Nick joined the firm in 2016.  At Abramson, Brown & Dugan, Nick's practice focuses on representing plaintiffs on issues related to medical malpractice and high-damage injuries, and he is co-chair of the firm's federal practice group.  During his time at the firm, he dealt with a wide range of cases, including errors in diagnosis, incorrect prescription of medications, illegal childbirth and other cases of medical negligence.

Nick graduated from Duke University Law School, where he worked at the Duke Law Review.  After spending three years as a litigation lawyer at the national law firm Ropes & Gray, he worked as a secretary to the Honorable Jeffrey R. Howard of the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston, Massachusetts before joining the United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Hampshire as an assistant United States Attorney, where he was the chief federal prosecutor for all child exploitation and human trafficking investigations and prosecutions.

Given his extensive courtroom and trial experience, Nick is able to actively defend his clients from major medical institutions and insurance companies, and his passion for representing victims of child exploitation and human trafficking has been uniquely reflected in his representation of victims of medical malpractice.
