Scott J. Eldredge - Lawyer in Phoenix, AZ

Scott Eldredge is a named shareholder and has been practicing law continuously at the company since his admission to a Colorado bar in 1983.  Mr. Eldredge's legal practice focuses primarily on complex malpractice cases, with a particular emphasis on birth injury cases.  Mr. Eldredge is a longtime member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Colorado Court Lawyers Association.  He is also a longtime member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national organization made up of both plaintiffs and defense attorneys dedicated to the preservation of trials by jurors.  He is currently the president of the National Association of Medical Malpractice Lawyers. Mr. Eldredge regularly appears in both state and federal courts across the country and is in active trial practice.

Mr. Eldredge is a frequent lecturer on various topics and regularly presents seminars not only in Colorado, but also across the country.  He has presented to the American Judicial Association, the National Trial Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Bar Association, and the Colorado Bar Association. He maintains an active role with the Denver Metropolitan education community and has been an adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver Starm Law University since the late 1980s.

Mr. Eldredge has been selected multiple times for numerous honors and accolades. In 2016, he was awarded the Professionalism Award by the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.  The award, given annually, is meant to recognize both highly professional behavior and exemplary advocacy skills. The Colorado Defense Lawyers Association awards this annual honor to plaintiffs' lawyers. He has been selected as a Senior Life Fellow by the American Committee of Trial Advocates.  He has been consistently recognized by Colorado Super Lawyers and has recently been named multiple times in 2020 as a «Top 100» attorney.  Mr. Eldredge was elected by members of the national legal community as one of the best lawyers in America for malpractice, and was the best lawyer «Attorney of the Year» in 2016, 2018, and 2020 in the field of malpractice law.  He has also met the standards of excellence for selection as one of Colorado's top 100 national trial attorneys every year since its inception.
