Wilbur A. "Bill" Glahn III - Lawyer in Manchester, NH

Bill has practiced at the firm for more than 35 years. In his nearly 45 years of litigation experience he has handled nearly all aspects of commercial and business litigation in the state and federal courts. He is an experienced appellate lawyer and has argued dozens of cases in the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. In recent years his practice has focused on corporate litigation, including contract disputes, corporate governance and shareholder disputes, employment and trade secret litigation, and tax litigation. Bill is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been the Chair of the Federal Civil Procedure Committee of the College and NH State Chair. He has consistently been ranked in the top five commercial trial lawyers in New Hampshire by Chambers USA since it began publishing in the US.

As a former Assistant Attorney General in the New Hampshire Attorney Generals Office, he also has extensive experience in constitutional and administrative litigation.
