She currently serves as a Director and volunteer mediator and arbitrator for the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center and received the Houston Bar Foundation's 2021 Award for Outstanding Contribution to the DRC. In prior years, she served as a member of the Steering Committee for Emerging Women Leaders through the Greater Houston Partnership, as an Advisory Board Member to Woodway Financial Advisors, Director for the Pearland Economic Development Corporation, Director for the Pearland Adult Reading Center, and is a graduate of the Center for Houstons Future Leadership Forum. Additionally, Felicia served two elected terms as a Councilmember for the City of Pearland, and in 2009-2010, was Mayor Pro Tem.
