Robert Palmer has more than 35 years of experience representing corporate and real estate clients. Bob specializes in corporate transactions, real estate, general business law, secured transactions and estate planning. His clients include landlords, buyers of farms and businesses, large shareholders, international grain companies and the Port of Portland.

Bob recently represented owners in the development, construction and lease of a nine-story office/retail building in Portlands Pearl District. He also represented a seller in a $24 million business acquisition and majority shareholders in a $32 million corporate recapitalization. Bob is a member of the Oregon State Bar.
