Perry has been practicing for more than three decades in business and corporate law, including business formation, structure planning and opportunity development, and real estate.  He has extensive experience representing the interests of businesses and families in the creation and protection of their intellectual property assets and business.

He represented a wide range of companies in the formation of equity and securities, both private and public, including debt transactions. He represented the interests of companies and their owners, starting from the initial stages of launch, ending with mergers and business sales, breakup or dissolution.

Perry has extensive business experience as an officer and director of both private and public companies in a wide range of industries, including:

• A public company at the forefront of sustainable seafood and moringa production methods on a 120-acre company-owned farm located in the heart of the fertile Coachella Valley, California.
• VoiceLift, Inc., a private telecommunications company providing both wholesale and retail services with administrative offices in Cocoa, Florida, and technical capabilities in Houston, Texas. Its wholesale division served many of the world's largest telecom operators, providing wholesale bandwidth for calls to hard-to-reach locations around the world.
• Cambridge Energy Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company that operated primarily in South Louisiana and had overseas operations in Iran-Jaya, Indonesia.
• TriMark Explorations Ltd., a private Canadian mining company with real estate in Uganda and Tanzania. Mr. West, along with the President/Chief Geologist, was responsible for negotiating and placing Licenses with the Governments of Uganda and Tanzania, as well as negotiating contracts in Uganda with other interested parties.
• Cambridge Equity, Inc., which has acted as a consultant to various domestic and foreign oil and gas companies, including Asian Energy Corp., for which Mr. West structured international joint ventures in the oil and gas industry, partnerships and acquisitions in Indonesia. The largest project was a securitization project in Indonesia with the participation of P.T. Ustraindo and Pertamina, which provided for the securitization of approximately $5 billion of oil and gas reserves and production in the interests of the Indonesian government.
• American Financial Network. (AFN) It was the first national computerized credit issuance network in the United States. She received the first letter of exemption from mortgage loan fees through her network from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development under RESPA. AFN was made public in 1986-7 and traded on NASDAQ.
