Jared R. Green - Lawyer in Manchester, NH

Jared started working with Abramson, Brown and Dugan in 1992 while still in law school.  Over the next twenty-five years, he represented victims and their families in some of the most difficult and tragic cases in New Hampshire.  Jared has played a prominent role representing victims of clergy sexual abuse and victims of the hepatitis C outbreak, as well as people who have suffered terrible injuries as a result of industrial accidents, accidents caused by faulty equipment and mechanisms, traffic accidents and, of course, medical negligence.  He has also heard important appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Jared was rated «Outstanding» by Martindale-Hubbell, a leading national legal rating organization.  He was also selected by US News & World Report as the «Best Lawyer” in the area of Personal Injury Plaintiff's Law and Plaintiff's Product Liability Law.  He was selected to serve on the New Hampshire Lawyers and Judges Committee, which the New Hampshire Supreme Court recently commissioned to propose changes to New Hampshire's Rules of Evidence.  He served on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Brain Injury Association and has spoken many times before the New Hampshire Legislature in support of legislation protecting individuals and families.  He initiated cases of disciplinary liability of lawyers against lawyers who did not comply with their ethical obligations, taught advanced training courses for lawyers and wrote many articles that were published in well-known legal journals.  Jared is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Justice Association, and the American Justice Association.
