Andrea J. Caruso is a partner of Abrams Fensterman, LLP. She was previously an employee of Caruso, Caruso & Branda, P.C., starting in 2010 when she graduated from law school.

Ms. Caruso's practice mainly focuses on real estate and commercial litigation. She represents clients involved in a wide variety of property litigation, including claims for division, illegal possession, easements, breach of contracts, commercial lease disputes, constructive trusts and other issues. In addition, Ms. Caruso has experience working in the Surrogate Mother's Court in contested and non-contested probate procedures, administrative procedures and other procedures.

Ms. Caruso received her Juris doctor from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University and her bachelor's degree from Colgate University. While in law school, Ms. Caruso was a semifinalist in the Long Island Litigation Competition and was selected to the Dean's Student Advisory Board. Ms. Caruso interned at the honorary. Joseph Covello, Associate Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division of the Second Judicial Department, and at the Federal Trade Commission as an intern in the Competition Bureau.
