John S. Kahalan — Partner of Abrams Fensterman, LP.

Mr. Kahalan concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and has represented a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, pharmaceutical clients, charities and individuals, in matters of creditor liability, antitrust liability, actions under the False Claims Act, bankruptcy litigation, SEC and Attorney General investigations and shareholder lawsuits.

Mr. Kahalan received his Ph.D. from St. John's University, where he was a member of the St. John's Law Review and President of the Corporate and Securities Law Society. Mr. Kahalan received his bachelor's degree from Cornell University.

Mr. Kahalan is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the Regis High School Bar Association.

Mr. Kahalan is admitted to practice in the New York State Court, as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and in the Court of Federal Claims.
