Nick Vargo is one of Berg Simpson's lawyers in Florida, whose practice focuses exclusively on building defect litigation on behalf of homeowners and condominium associations.  Mr. Vargo has represented community associations in Florida for most of his legal career. Focusing exclusively on this legal practice has allowed Mr. Vargo to acquire exceptional skills and experience in protecting the interests of communities throughout Florida. Nick has successfully brought many developers, builders and subcontractors to responsibility for construction defects and continues to defend the interests of public associations, helping them to protect their homes and investments, demanding higher standards in construction.
