Robert M. "Rob" Wolff - Lawyer in Lakewood, OH

A seasoned civil trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience, Robert M. Wolff has represented large and small companies in the healthcare, energy, transportation, financial and retail industries in issues arising in the increasingly complex world of employment and trade secret litigation. He has handled numerous labor arbitrations and taken more than 50 cases to jury verdicts involving matters such as:

• Age, race, disability and sexual discrimination
• Commercial and various major civil rights class actions
• Wage and hour class actions

Additionally, Robert is a frequent lecturer on employment discrimination and litigation topics. He is the Co-Chair of the Healthcare Practice Group at Littler Mendelson.
