While at law school, Prochaska was a lawyer for Nike's sports law practice group, Octagon Sports Marketing, and the Milwaukee Bucks, as well as a legal clerk for the U.S. Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs. After graduating from law school, Ms. Prochaska practiced law at a large and reputable law firm in Dayton, Ohio.
