Carolyn joined Stroud, Stroud, Willink, Thompson Howard, n/k/a Stroud, Willink Howard, LLC, upon her graduation from law school in 1982 and she has practiced law continuously with that law firm since 1982. In college, Carolyn was a member of the UW crew team and continues to be involved in UW athletics through the National W Club. Carolyn was a Cub Scout Den Leader for 7 years for Pack 87 in Cross Plains, Wisconsin, and she was a member of the Committee, and Treasurer, of Boy Scout Troop 87 in Cross Plains for many years. Carolyn is an active member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Cross Plains, Wisconsin, and has served in numerous volunteer capacities at that Church over the years including serving as a Trustee and as a member of its Pastoral Council. Carolyn is also a member of the EWGA and The Business Forum.
