Lawrence S. Horn - Lawyer in Newark, NJ

Lawrence S. Horn is Co-Chair of the Firms Tax Fraud and Controversy Practice Group. Mr. Horn received his B.A. from Princeton University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey from 1971-1978 where he specialized in tax fraud prosecutions. Since 1979, his practice has consisted of defending individuals and companies who are the focus of federal white collar criminal investigations with a special emphasis on criminal tax investigations and prosecutions, domestic voluntary disclosures and the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP).
