About the lawyer
Before joining Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, Diana Sada began her legal career in Central Florida where she focused exclusively on representing the Homeowners and Condominium Union in structural defect litigation, served as a trial lawyer in both civil and criminal fields, conducted numerous jury trials, and vigorously represented many clients and victims both in and out of court Ms. Sada Burg Simpson, a Florida Construction Defect Group, said she helped homeowners tackle the challenges they face against builders, developers, and various contractors.
Since joining Burg Simpson, Sada has joined the trial team that won a $19.48 million arbitration award in Colorado. For more information about the arbitration, please click here. Since then, moving to FL, Ms. Sada has not only handled Burg Simpson's FL case, but also worked as a licensed community manager for continuing education credits across the state.
Prior to joining Burg Simpson, he was a Denver-based law firm specializing in commercial and general civil matters. Prior to that, he was a prosecutor for the 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office in Arapaho County. Sada, who was assigned to the specialized unit of the Domestic Violence Unit, handled a large number of felony criminal cases at the district court level and prosecuted serious crimes from the beginning to the trial. During her tenure as Deputy DA, she accumulated tremendous jury trial experience. In addition, she spearheaded multiple projects, training materials and together with supervisors launched creative ideas to train new deputy district lawyers.
Prior to moving to Florida in 2020, he was an adjunct faculty member at Sturm College of Law, an advocacy center at the University of Denver. In this role, she helped teach a variety of courses, including evidence practice and trial practice, using federal rules of evidence and criminal procedure. She coached the university's national trial team and traveled with students across the country to compete. Ms. Sada is also the former assistant director of the Advocacy Center; during this time she managed various aspects of the center, which is responsible for proposing courses related to practical learning and trial defense.
Ms. Sada received a law degree from the University of Denver Starm Law School in 2013 and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida in 2009. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, riding a bike and spending time with her family and friends.
