About the lawyer
Ryan Pardue is licensed to practice law in Florida and Colorado. His practice focuses on construction defect lawsuits.
Since joining Berg Simpson, Mr. Purdue has represented the Homeowners Association and homeowners in several large construction defect cases. As an example, in 2020, after a 17-day arbitration hearing, we worked with a trial team that won a $17 million arbitration award because 17 buildings, 82 town home communities suffered structural, building envelopes, and civil defects in 1948.
Prior to joining Berg Simpson, he served as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor and served in numerous trials before the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Board. Mr. Pardue also served as Deputy District Attorney in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and he worked in private practice as a civil litigation attorney in Aspen, Colorado.
He received a bachelor's degree from William and Mary University of Virginia in 2002 and a law degree from Seton Hall University in 2007. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golf, cooking, attending minor League baseball and Jacksonville Jaguars games, and spending time on the water.
