Michael Menghini is a shareholder in Burg Simpson's Construction Defect litigation group. His practice focuses on representing clients with claims including construction defects, construction product liability, association reserves, breach of fiduciary obligations, misrepresentation/non-disclosure and commercial litigation. His clients include community associations, such as homeowner associations and condominium associations, homeowners and business owners.

• In 2020, he will be part of a trial team that won a $17 million arbitration award on behalf of the 82-unit townhome community in Aurora, Colorado, which will include a variety of structures, building envelopes, moisture management, firewalls, and civil deficiencies.
• In 2019/1, a settlement involving fire sprinkler defects was reached on behalf of an apartment building in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
• In 2017/5/9, on behalf of 59 units in Fort Collins, Colorado, Mr. Menghini and co-attorney Mari Perczak received an arbitration award on behalf of the Condominium Association, which includes various moisture management, building envelopes, shear walls and civil deficiencies.
• In 2017, Menghini and co-counsel Mari Perczak settled on behalf of the Condominium Association of Denver, Colorado, at $3.25 million, on behalf of a 16-unit condominium association that included significant water intrusion, structural degradation, stucco defects, and fire protection defects.
