Penny Manship graduated from the UCLA School of Law and was admitted to practice in California in 1998. He moved to Colorado in 2016 and was allowed to practice in the state in 2017. Her career is dedicated to representing plaintiffs in construction defects and class action cases.  She has successfully represented thousands of homeowners and many homeowners associations with claims of construction defects.  In addition, she has effectively settled several class action cases, including claims of product defects and consumer fraud, for the benefit of thousands of homeowners and consumers.
