Holly Baer Kammerer currently focuses her practice on personal injury, product liability, and commercial litigation. She has been practicing law since 1992 and has extensive experience in all court-related aspects of litigation and personal injury cases and business disputes Washington, DC. C. Ms. Kammerer successfully tried numerous cases to the jury, including jury2.5 million and 4.4.2 million jury verdicts in the personal injury case of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado in 2019, Holly Kammerer received a $58.5 million verdict for compensatory and punitive damages to families who donated the remains of their deceased loved ones to the Biological Resources Center.  The ruling is one of the largest civil cases in Arizona's history, where she represented the victims of a fraudulent scheme to illegally sell human body parts of a loved one's body that were to be donated for science and medical education and research.
