David J. Crough - Lawyer in Englewood, CO

Mr. Crough focuses his practice on personal injury lawsuits and insurance disputes. He deals with issues involving serious orthopedic injuries and wrongful death, including car accidents, product liability, and premise liability.  Mr. Clough also handles matters including insurance application disputes and malicious litigation. 

Prior to joining Burg Simpson, he worked as a claims coordinator for a self-insurance car rental company and as a claims manager for an insurance company. as the claims coordinator, Mr. Crough personally researched, evaluated and negotiated thousands of liability claims.  As a claims manager, he oversaw the Claims department and directed litigation strategies for cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability in fourteen different states.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Stanford University and a doctorate in Law from the University of Denver. Mr. Crough is currently allowed to practice in Colorado.
