Mr. Nakanishi received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawai`i in 1983, with distinction, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis in 1986, Order of the Coif. From 1986 to 1987, he was a law clerk to Judge Robert Boochever of the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Nakanishi worked for the Los Angeles office of Jones Day Reavis Pogue and was formerly a partner at Goodsill Anderson Quinn Stifel and Catalani Nakanishi Caliboso LLP before joining Rush Moore LLP as a partner in 2003.
