Katherine "Katie" Anand - Lawyer in Irving, TX

Katie Anand builds close relationships with her clients, and its those relationships that allow her to be such a fierce advocate. Working collaboratively, Ms. Anand helps clients identify what they want to achieve and works to accomplish those goals. She advocates aggressively, and her results reflect that.

With a practice focused on construction and business litigation, Ms. Anand steps in when business relationships, for one reason or another, go awry. She often becomes involved pre-suit to help investigate potential claims and manage risks. Should litigation arise, Ms. Anand tenaciously represents her clients interests to trial and on appeal. She also has experience with matters involving financial services litigation, enforcement of security interests, breach of contract and fiduciary duties, and fraud claims.

Ms. Anand graduated from Notre Dame Law School at the University of Notre Dame. She is licensed to practice in Texas, all the United States District Courts in Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Ms. Anand also handles cases in arbitration. In addition to her legal work, Ms. Anand serves as President of the Board of Rainbow Days, Inc., a Dallas-based charity that helps children all over the country overcome adversity and have promising futures, and she is on the Board for the St. Thomas More Society of the Diocese of Dallas, an organization for legal professionals.
