He is past chair of the Arizona Supreme Courts Creditors Rights Workgroup of Domestic Relations Committee, The Family Law Council of Community Property States, and Maricopa County Bar Association Family Law Section.Actively involved in giving back to his community, Mr. Franks has served at the Arizona Department of Health, the Hillel Foundation of Arizona State University, the Center for New Directions/Arizona Action for Displaced Homemakers, the City of Phoenix Commission on Housing, the Planned Parenthood of Central and Northern Arizona, B'nai B'rith Anti-Defamation League (Arizona region) and Young Democrats of Arizona.
