Josh has several years of experience in patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, strategic intellectual property planning, freedom to operate analyses, due diligence analyses, and patent litigation. With a background in computer and electrical engineering, Josh has technical expertise in computer systems, software, hardware, automated systems, electronics, telecommunications, cryptocurrency, blockchain, mechanical devices/systems, and optics. Examples of specific applications include architecture of automated vehicles, navigation systems, and sensor systems such as RADAR, LIDAR, and stereo vision systems.

Prior to joining the firm, Josh worked as a patent attorney in the Office of General Counsel at The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory. He was also a law clerk for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
