Grant Cox - Lawyer in Little Rock, AR

Mr. Cox is a transactional attorney at Quattlebaum, Grooms Tull PLLC whose practice focuses on real estate, land use, oil and gas, business and sales transactions. Mr. Cox received his J.D. in 2006 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, graduating with high honors. Prior to law school, Mr. Cox graduated summa cum laude from Hendrix College receiving a B.A. with distinction in Politics. While at Hendrix, Mr. Cox was invited to join the Beta Chapter of Arkansas of Phi Beta Kappa and was a charter member of the Omega Psi Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.

Mr. Cox has represented clients in numerous real estate transactions from the drafting of purchase agreements through due diligence investigations and closing. Additionally, Mr. Cox has advised clients within the oil and gas industry with regard to title and compliance issues, and has experience assisting clients with asset acquisitions and sales.

In the Fall of 2015, Mr. Cox was an adjunct professor of law at the Williams H. Bowen School of Law of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, teaching sales transactions.

Mr. Cox was licensed to practice in Arkansas in 2007.
