Nathaniel Greeson helps clients solve government contracts challenges. Nathaniel represents clients in a range of government procurement issues, including bid protests, claims, disputes, audits and investigations. He has extensive experience with GAO bid protests, agency-level protests, Court of Federal Claims (COFC) bid protests, and SBA OHA size and NAICS appeals, as well as experience with agency-level requests for equitable adjustments (REA) and claims, and Boards of Contract Appeals claims.
Nathaniel advises government contractors on compliance issues, prime/subcontractor agreements and disputes, and contractor-to-agency interaction. He has extensive knowledge of the FAR and DFARs and understands how to build and maintain large and small contractor compliance programs. In addition, Nathaniel has provided full-service government contracts support for large and small contractors, and drafted and negotiated subcontractor agreements and teaming arrangements. Nathaniel has counseled clients through cybersecurity breaches and disclosures, internal and governmental investigations, and federal employee ethics rules and post-employment restrictions. Having worked directly with contracting officers, agency program officials, state and local officials, and agency finance officials, he is able to provide clients with insight into the complex process of government procurement.
Prior to joining Bradley, Nathaniel was a senior litigation advisor for the Procurement and Fiscal Law Division of the DHS FEMA Office of Chief Counsel, where he litigated bid protests before GAO and COFC, and appeals at the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA). As agency counsel, Nathaniel advised FEMA on a variety of legal issues related to solicitation structures, technical evaluations, source selection decisions, debriefings, cure notices, and terminations. Nathaniel also managed the agencys Suspension and Debarment program.
