Thomas H. "Tom" Wyatt - Lawyer in Little Rock, AR

Mr. Wyatts practice focuses on commercial litigation andproperty litigation. He has experiencein cases involving breach of contract, class actions, condemnation,landlord-tenant disputes, and products liability. Mr. Wyatt has practiced before the UnitedStates Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the United States DistrictCourt for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, andnumerous circuit courts in the State of Arkansas. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wyatt attended law school atthe University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, andgraduated with honors. He served as theExecutive Editor of the University ofArkansas at Little Rock Law Review and a student mentor to incomingfirst-year law students. He was arecipient of the Judge Pat Mehaffy Scholarship and a partial-tuitionscholarship for non-resident students. Hewas raised in California where his family still lives, but they visit eachother often despite the distance.

Tom and his wife, Katie, live in Little Rock with their dog,Dakota.
