David K. TeSelle - Lawyer in Phoenix, AZ

Trial attorney David K. TeSelle is a licensed attorney in Colorado and Arizona who has successfully tried numerous cases on jury verdicts in both state and federal courts, and TeSelle was the lead attorney in 2019 on one of the largest personal injury jury verdicts in Arizona history ($58.5 million). He has also successfully fought against the world's largest banks, including lawsuits related to the 2008 economic collapse (the so-called «Big Short» case), and regularly represents a large number of plaintiffs in large class action and mass tort cases against bad actors in large and small companies. Mr. TeSelle represents both plaintiffs and defendants, and his focus is on complex court cases. Mr. TeSelle has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients.

Mr. TeSelle was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, grew up in Reading, Pennsylvania, and has lived in Colorado for the past two decades.  He graduated from Columbia College, New York in 1991. He received a law degree from the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University in 1994.
