Ronald Rus limits his practice to complex business litigation and trials in all forums and was selected by his peers to Best Lawyers in America for 2009 through 2015 in the areas of Bet-The-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy Litigation, as well as the Business Litigation Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers since 2008. He frequently serves on Continuing Education of the Bar and other Bar Association panels relating to complex litigation and bankruptcy. He was co-author of the CEB Trial Practice Institute's manual on Complex Civil Litigation, and has been a visiting lecturer on complex litigation at Stanford University School of Law. Ron was selected to serve as a lawyer delegate to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference in 2007-2009. He is a Master of the Bench in the American Inns of Court, is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. He was a founder and a director of the Federal Bar Association (Orange County Chapter) and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
