Stacey Moore Buchanan is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group, where she focuses on commercial dispute resolution and arbitration, as well as bankruptcy and creditors rights. Stacey represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation, civil litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings. She was recently appointed to the Lawyer Advisory Committee by the Bankruptcy Judges of the Northern District of Mississippi to provide input regarding matters of bankruptcy administration throughout the district. Prior to entering private practice, Stacey served as law clerk to the Honorable Henry T. Wingate of the US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Following Staceys clerkship, she practiced in the New York City office of an international law firm.
