Mr. Ridinger is a partner in the Charlotte office and focuses his practice on the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial and industrial properties. He has a wide range of experience in representing real estate developers, real estate private equity firms, lenders and other institutional investors in complex, multi-faceted commercial real estate transactions, including the structuring of joint ventures and investment funds, acquisition, financing, and disposition of office properties, hotel and, resort projects, multifamily projects and retail centers, and acquisition and financing of large portfolios of the foregoing. Mr. Ridinger has been very active representing REITs and real estate private equity funds in the acquisition and disposition of distressed commercial real estate loans and loan portfolios, and in restructuring troubled commercial real estate debt and equity investments.

Mr. Ridinger is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), a distinction he earned through the Green Building Certification Institute. As a LEED-AP, he has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, as well as the LEED Rating System.
