Practicing law since 2005, Katie Goodson represents business clients across various industries in land use, zoning and planning issues, alcoholic beverage licensing and related enforcement issues, regulated industries, and commercial litigation.Katie is a member of the Taylor Porter alcoholic beverage licensing and related enforcement issues practice and represents national and local companies in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels and retail stores, with an emphasis in alcoholic beverage licensing, compliance and enforcement issues. Katie is a member of First United Methodist Church of Baton Rouge, where she serves as a board member of the HYPE After School Program. Katie also has served on various councils within the Church, and teaches Sunday school to the incoming confirmation class. Katie currently volunteers at University Laboratory School, and is a board member of the University Laboratory School Foundation. She formerly served as Executive Committee member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Advisory Committee member of BREC, committee member for the Womens Hospital Annual Giving Campaign, and as past President of the Baton Rouge Chi Omega Alumnae Association.
