MARCI A. REDDICK is a partner in the firm's Real Estate and Business Finance Practice Groups. She represents clients in all phases of real estate acquisition, sales, finance, and development. Marci is the President of the Fort Benjamin Harrison ReUse Authority Board of Directors. She is the Chairperson of and a Governor's appointee to the Indiana Business Law Survey Commission, which advises the Indiana Secretary of State and Indiana General Assembly on state business entity statutes and related matters. Marci is a past Chair of the Business Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association. She is a frequent speaker on real estate and business law matters.
Marci is the past Chair of Board II of the Marion County Board of Zoning Appeals, a position she held for eight years. She also served two terms as Chair of the Land Use Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association. Marci is one of the founders and past board member of Out Run the Sun, Inc., a non-profit corporation created to raise funds for research scholars working on a cure for melanoma.
Marci was a Governor's appointee to the Intelenet Commission and served on its Executive Committee from 1996 — 2004. In addition to her private practice experience, Marci served as Corporations Counsel in the Office of Evan Bayh, Indiana Secretary of State from 1987 — 1988 and as Executive Assistant to Governor Bayh from 1989 — 1990, advising him in higher education matters and other areas of state policy. She is recognized by Best Lawyers in America and as an Indiana Super Lawyer.
