Before joining Bodman, Mr. Zatz served as a senior vice president and associate general counsel for Comerica Bank. At Comerica Bank, Mr. Zatz managed the legal departments Transactional Group, Real Estate Group, Real Estate Facilities Group, and Contract Administration Group.
