Michael Einbinder has over thirty years of experience as a commercial litigator and business attorney. Michael has handled complex business cases in all courts and arbitration and mediation forums. His cases involve contract breaches, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, non-competition agreements, and shareholder disputes. A substantial portion of Michael's practice involves franchise clients in the restaurant, retail, hospitality, real estate, optical, recreation, home improvement, health care, education and child care industries.
