Nicole Ann Martin - Lawyer in Las Vegas, NV

Nicole has been a member of Kamer ZuckerAbbott's legal teamsince 2009, initially as a paralegal and now as anassociate attorney. She represents employers in all areas of labor andemployment law, including workplace policy development, contract negotiations,internal investigations, wage and hour compliance and the resolution ofdiscrimination and harassment allegations.

During her timeas a KZA paralegal, Nicole worked side-by-side with the firm's attorneysassisting them with union negotiations, labor arbitrations and complexemployment litigation cases,while simultaneously attending law school at night for most of that time. Upon graduatingfrom the William S. Boyd School of Law, Nicole knew she wanted to continueworking with Nevada's employers in successfully addressing the numeroustypes of workforcechallenges they confront.

The knowledge and skillsobtained from earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minorin Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, combinedwith her law school education, an externship with the Honorable Ronald Israeland her prior experience as a KZA paralegal, enable Nicole to confidentlyinteract with others to develop practical, straightforward solutions to laborand employment issues.

As a Las Vegasnative and thirdgeneration Nevadan, Nicolehas strong ties to the community and looks forward tocontributing to the legal and non-profit communities in her free time.
