Christopher Raleigh is a member of Cozen O'Connor's New York office and practices in the Transportation Logistics Department. Christopher has more than 25 years of experience in the litigation and arbitration of complex commercial disputes involving UCC and international sales, aviation, admiralty and interstate transit.
Christopher has represented foreign and domestic corporations in litigations involving: breach of contract and warranty arising out of the international sale of defective computer chips, cogeneration plants and other products, domestic and international coverage issues flowing from catastrophic hurricane losses, products liability claims caused by ammunition, telecommunications equipment and other products, injury and death cases suffered during international flights, catastrophic maritime casualties, and intermodal losses, as well as a broad range of insurance coverage and defense issues, involving all aspects of the transportation industry. He has also handled arbitrations of multi-million disputes arising out of performance claims affecting co-generation plants, contract disputes arising from the sale of an oil tanker fleet, and professional negligence against engineering and construction management firms for alleged defects in a foreign mining operation.
Christopher graduated, cum laude, from St. Michaels College in 1974 and received his law degree from Fordham University in 1980.
