Nate represents a range of private equity sponsors located in Illinois, Wisconsin and other states, and he specializes in middle-market deals with transaction values between $10 and $250 million dollar range. In addition, he works closely with clients on a variety of other business matters including venture capital investments, startups and capital raises, corporate governance issues, and senior and mezzanine finance.

Nate joined Reinhart in 2012 and has accumulated nearly a decade of legal experience. He enjoys working with clients and businesses that are involved in extraordinary transactions.
