About the lawyer
Ron is one of the founding partners of Page, Mannino, Peresich McDermott, PLLC and serves as the firms managing member. He has extensive experience handling complex commercial and personal injury litigation and has represented a wide variety of business and personal clients throughout his career. He has been trial counsel in a number complex cases filed and/or tried in Mississippi state and federal courts and serves as national counsel for a company sued in states across the country. Ron also has significant experience handling commercial transactions for large and small businesses. As attorney for the United States Chamber of Commerce, he participated in the drafting and passage of one of the strongest tort reform statues in the country in 2002 and 2004, and has made a number of presentations to political and civic business groups on the subject. He also participated in the drafting and passage of landmark insurance legislation that — along with other Katrina recovery and tourism related legislation — was designed to provide greater coverage to Mississippians following Hurricane Katrina.
Ron was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Biloxi, Mississippi and attended undergraduate and law school at the University of Mississippi before being admitted to practice law in 1968. In addition to focusing on the needs of the firm and its clients, Ron is extremely active in the community, devoting a considerable portion of his time to improving the business and legal community throughout Mississippi. Ron is married to Ramona Hennessee Peresich and they have two children, Ron, Jr. and Randi P. Mueller. Ron's two children are also partners in the firm.
