My name is Beth Lorsbach and I focus my practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and elder law, including Medicaid planning. I started my practice at a small estate planning law firm, then moved into the non-profit world as an intake attorney at the Disabilities Rights Center in Concord, New Hampshire. While at the Disabilities Rights Center, I assisted individuals with legal issues related to their disabilities, including navigation of the complicated rules surrounding various federal and state benefits, including Social Security Disability benefits and Medicaid. I have strong roots in the Nashua area, and look forward to serving the New Hampshire community as well as our neighbors to the south in Massachusetts.
