Timothy M. Ingram has been practicing law for 29 years. He devotes 100% of his practice to plaintiffs (individuals or families), who have been injured or suffered losses, damages or wrongful death as a result of the negligence or wrongful conduct of defendants (persons, insurance companies, or other corporations). He is the founding partner of Ingram Injury Law, P.A., a personal injury law firm located in Clearwater, Florida. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ingram has represented thousands of clients primarily in Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties. He has extensive experience with cases involving automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall accidents, and dog bite cases.

Mr. Ingram has obtained numerous six-figure settlements, verdicts, and judgments on behalf of his clients. Recently, Mr. Ingram obtained a verdict in excess of $2,000,000 in an automobile accident case that was defended, by the insurance companies involved, on the basis of a minor impact soft tissue (MIST) case with no resulting permanent injury.

Mr. Ingram is among the less than 3 percent of Florida Bar members who is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law and Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate. Mr. Ingram is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Ingram is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, the Clearwater Bar Association, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Ingram attended the University of Florida College of Law from 1982-1985, where he received his Juris Doctor Degree. He was selected to the University of Florida Law Review, where he served as a Board Member.

Mr. Ingram attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate studies from 1978-1982. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating in the Top 10% of his Class and Magna Cum Laude. He was selected to Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society in 1981.

While at the University of Kentucky, Mr. Ingram «walked on» the University of Kentucky Varsity Basketball team from 1978-1980.

Mr. Ingram is a University of Kentucky Fellow and a Florida Bull Gator. He is an avid Kentucky Basketball fan and an avid Florida Football fan.

Mr. Ingram has been married to his wife, Linda, for 32 years. He has four children. He enjoys coaching his children in AAU and Club Basketball. He continues to play basketball as a hobby.
