James N. "Jim" Haltom - Lawyer in Texarkana, TX

Jim Haltom is a partner with Haltom Doan, practicing throughout the Southwest. His primary areas of litigation practice are product liability, complex commercial and business, class action, catastrophic personal injury, and pharmaceutical litigation.
