Ms. Parker represents individuals and businesses during the investigation and prosecution of criminal charges in federal and state courts. She also represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation and property holders seeking the return of assets seized for forfeiture. Devoting much of her practice to persuasive writing, Ms. Parker has ample experience with district court motion practice and appellate advocacy.
Ms. Parker received her juris doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Upon admission and each year thereafter, she was awarded the Comfort Scholarship?a merit-based scholarship regarded as one of the most prestigious awards at OU Law. Ms. Parker served as the Marketing Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and earned academic achievement awards in Bankruptcy, Civil Procedure I, and Civil Procedure II. After completing her degree in 2011, Ms. Parker was invited to membership in the Order of the Coif?a national honor society for law school graduates with exceptional academic achievement. Ms. Parker completed her undergraduate studies at Washington and Lee University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 2008. During her tenure at Washington and Lee, Ms. Parkers work was twice nominated for the Jean Amory Wornom Award for Distinguished Critical Writing.
Ms. Parker joined Joseph, Hollander Craft LLC soon after her admission to practice in Kansas. While she primarily concentrates her practice in criminal defense and related civil litigation, she continues to lend her experience writing argument-driven prose to all practice areas in the firm.
