Faith Nixon - Lawyer in Daphne, AL

Faith Nixon is a shareholder with Carr Allison and is resident in our Mobile, Alabama office. Since graduating magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2004, she has defended clients throughout Alabama and Florida in product liability actions, large construction defect cases and general liability insurance matters. Her representation has included successful jury trials in state and federal courts in Alabama and the state courts of Florida.

Faith strives to earn a solid and mutually beneficial relationship with the individuals and companies she represents, along with the insurance carriers in insurance defense cases. Through her diligent efforts, she has built a number of relationships with her clients and carriers which often produce positive results for all parties in and out of court. These relationships have lasted for years and continue to grow.

In addition, Faith is a licensed continuing education provider for Florida insurance adjusters. She has authored and taught numerous CEU classes for adjusters on many legal topics, including ethics. Her classes have been hailed as being both enjoyable and having practical and useful knowledge immediately useful to adjusters in their day to day work.

When she is not practicing law, Faith spends time with her family. She and her husband Bryan have a daughter, Anna Marie. Faith and her family enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors, especially when they are hunting and fishing at their camp. Traveling the United States and abroad with her family is another of Faiths favorite activities.
