Professional Experience Mr. Minzner is a director in the Albuquerque office. He serves as the Chairman of the Business Department. His practice involves lobbying and other representation of clients before state and local governmental bodies and state taxation matters. Mr. Minzner has been a legislative lobbyist since 1995. His government relations clients have included members of the following industries: mining, oil and gas, insurance, financial institutions, manufacturing, renewable energy, health care, uranium enrichment, retail, wholesale, education and real estate development. Mr. Minzner served ten years in the New Mexico House of Representatives, including service as the Majority Floor Leader and Chairman of the Taxation and Revenue Committee. He also served four years as Cabinet Secretary for the New Mexico Department of Taxation and Revenue. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the nationwide Federation of Tax Administrators and as Treasurer of the Multistate Tax Commission. He has been active in the Association of Commerce and Industry and the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce.
