Marc Wolin has extensive experience handling a broad range of business and complex litigation matters. Marc has represented companies of all sizes, government agencies, and institutions of higher education in class actions, business torts, insurance litigation, trademark litigation, shareholder disputes, whistleblower litigation, contractual disputes, employment litigation, and matters involving the Federal Communications Act and the Electronic Communications Privacy Act.

Marc has served as a Special Master in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in a trademark infringement action. He is also a mediator who is certified for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and has also served as one of the Court's certified mediators for Hurricane Sandy litigation between 2014 and 2016.

In addition, Marc has acted as the Trustee of the Plibrico 524(g) Asbestos Trust since 2011. He has also been appointed as Special Counsel to Trustees in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
