With over three decades of experience in gaming law, Paul is well known and highly respected by legal colleagues and government gaming regulators alike. He represents many premier casinos, casino holding companies, financial institutions and investors, as well as those who do business with casinos before the New Jersey Casino Control Commission and other gaming regulatory bodies both in the United States and foreign jurisdictions. Paul has been deeply involved in the evolution of the gaming industry and, along with it, gaming law as it applies to both brick-and-mortar and online gaming.

Based in our Atlantic City office, Pauls work for major gaming clients such as Caesars Entertainment takes him from New Jersey to New England to Asia and beyond. With the recent repeal of the federal Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) allowing states to pass legislation to legalize sports betting, Paul advises clients on whats required for companies to become operational and gain access to brick-and-mortar and online sports betting opportunities.
