After graduating from Deming High School in southern New Mexico, Ms. Wilcox attended George Washington University in Washington, D.C. where she earned a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) in political science. After graduating from George Washington University, Ms. Wilcox returned to New Mexico and attended the University of New Mexico School of Law. Ms. Wilcox earned her Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University, and subsequently returned to New Mexico to practice law.
