Rita Sostrin is a founding partner of Sostrin Immigration Lawyers, LLP. Prior to launching Sostrin Immigration Lawyers in 2010, she acquired over 15 years of immigration law experience working at top immigration law firms and served in various leadership positions on behalf of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Ms. Sostrin earned a B.A. in international relations from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Ms. Sostrin is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Minnesota. She practices exclusively in federal immigration law.
